Income Tax Department is going to take strict action against those VLEs who have not submitted hard copy of PAN supporting documents

For CSC VLE delivering PAN service, it is mandatory by both NSDL & UTIITSL that the ink signed hard copy of all the supporting documents required for the PAN card are submitted to service provider.

List of Supporting Document to be submitted in hard copy: - 

• Form 49
• Address proof
• Photo ID etc are submitted to service provider.  
VLEs are notified to clear their pendency by sending hard copy of supporting document to NSDL & UTIITSL immediately.  

In Case of NSDL PAN Pendency: -

• VLE are required to submit document at their respective CSC state offices with PAN application number list in excel format
• For those cases were VLE reports that he /she has already sent document to NSDL by courier ask him to share the consignment number with PAN application number list in excel format and share it with alka.pandey@csc.gov.in
• VLE can directly courier pending document to NSDL, while sending the document by courier, please email the consignment number with PAN application number list in excel format to email id:  csc.panindia1@gmail.com for NSDL

In Case of UTITSL PAN Pendency: - 

VLE are required to send PAN supporting documents directly to their respective UTITSL Zonal office. While sending the document by courier, VLE are required to email the consignment number with PAN application number list in excel format to email id utiitsl.gsd@utiitsl.com
